READ ME: Moving to Github due to filters

Dear you whoever you are,

Any attempt to update and release new .luas here is being blocked by Pastebin's "Smart"filter so. It must be some random piece of equipment it doesn't like.

Therefore, I am forced after 5 years to here and move to Github. I will leave what is here in case people find it, but I will be adding and updating elsewhere.
