Hop Hoang

I'm Hop Hoang and currently a freelancer that's looking to work for a fast growing company where I can apply my experiences in design, marketing, and management.

•	Management: Worked with a team of 4, with 2 core engineers being in Greece. Communicated daily through platforms such has Basecamp and Trello. Would actively engage in discussions with team of engineers.

•	Marketing: Experienced in SEO and SEM. Develop strategies from analytics and data mining to conduct A/B tests in user acquisition; techniques spanning from affiliate marketing, social media, viral advertising, and PR. A huge fan of Kissmetrics, Google Analytics, Adwords, Webmaster Tools, and SEOmoz.

•	Design: UI and UX focused. Have a background in art studio and actively apply it to web design and is current with trends. Would first create a flow chart, then wireframes with Balsamiq, and then mock-ups with Photoshop. Designs encourage user feedback to gauge usability and uncover friction points.
