So what's the militia pill, well the militia pill is forming your own militia, locally. Note how I don't mention to join any of these well establish big militias, it's because these are commonly infiltrated and are scape goats.

So how would you go about forming a militia, well once you've check your laws and you know it is legal for you to do so (most laws regarding militias are only about parading in public), once done consulting with your laws, it's time to equip yourself. Once done, find like minded members of your own family and close friends, (don't recruit openly this is a way to get you co opted). Once done, you will want to get your militia equipped and start to train with your new militia (as long as it's legal for you to do so. [Just don't say anything illegal or allude to the training being for illegal purposes]). There are countless manuals online describing training and drilling methods for conventional armies and militias which you could pick from. You could also do private simulations with fake guns if you are so inclined.

And there you have it, a well trained, well equipped, regulated militia.
