  1. 140g glutinous rice flour
  2. 0.5tbsp of salt
  3. 50g sugar
  4. 240ml hot milk (or water)
  5. mix everything together and slowly add milk and mix it good
  6. microwave for 90 secs
  7. mix it again
  8. microwave 90 secs
  9. mix again. if middle still liquid put it in again
  10. taste, if it tastes like flour add milk and put back in microwave, undercooked
  11. mix or 5 more mins, VERY HARD STICKY
  12. put corn starch on board
  13. roll it out pretty thinly
  14. cut in bitesize pieces
  15. roll it in hand and its done, add more corn flour to prevent sticking
